Item received and the minifigure is in good condition and no damage on the box and the content. The minifigure is cute.
For my first ever nendoroid purchase, not to mention from an online shop - it was a great experience, not to mention it was an official merch. For delivery, I consider it fast, especially since it's pre-ordered. I had to take the next batch, but I was kindly informed via WhatsApp - thus communication was also great.
The packaging was also secure - the official mihoyo box was undented, and then the nedoroid box inside was also packaged in extra layers, thus no denting. Additionally there was even more plastic packaging layer for the nendoroid and stand itself - safety assured.
All in all - 5 stars for service and speed + communication. I'm already waiting for my next purchase.
