[Regarding 200-Day Pre-Order Shipping]
Starting from August 2024, according to miHoYo’s official notice, most pre-order merchandise from Honkai: Star Rail and Honkai Impact 3rd will no longer specify an exact arrival date. Instead, from the date of purchase, the product will be shipped within 200 days. The shipping time may be within 1 to 3 months after purchase, but it will not exceed 200 days. If the item is not shipped within 200 days, you have the right to apply for a delayed shipping compensation, equal to the price of the pre-ordered item you purchased. Please note that delayed shipping compensation is not a refund. Once the item arrives, we will still ship it to you.

[Regarding Orders with Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items]
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items have arrived. Orders will not be shipped separately. If the shipping time exceeds 200 days, in-stock items will not be eligible for delayed shipping compensation. Therefore, we recommend that customers who do not wish to wait place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.
