First and foremost, it's a 100% official goods straight from miHoYo. All the goods received in good condition. The items wrapped individually with bubble bag and shipped with a box. Good service overall. Very satisfied and will purchase from Kumagame again.

Came in good condition and well packaged but the courier did not notify me at all if it was on the way, only sent the tracking number which I forgot to check the tracking number the day before so......if possible can you send a notification of when its on the way??
