Items received in perfect condition. No dents on the packaging. The keychain is heavy and high quality.

Item received in its original Mihoyo packaging. Dented outer parcel box due to shipping, but everything inside is in perfect condition. The keychain is hefty and its in a high quality finish too! I love it!

I been looking for a high quality vision that look like character been hanging around their outfit and I'm glad I found it in kumagame.

Side note: in my case my Sumeru Dendro box got abit damage at the side of the box due to shipping/transportation but I can understand as long it's not too damage.

Kumagame did a great job packing this Keychain with bubble wrapped parcel bag.

As for the Keychain itself, it is securely fitted in the the box thus no damage was visible. Got hefty of weight to it. Feels premium and the craftsmanship was good. The edges of the Keychain is well rouneded, so you don't have to worry about the Keychain damaging your bag or wherever you hang it.
